Easy Design DY-600 Food Grade Wheat Flour Round Vibrating Screen Machine
Working Principle
Vibration sieve is a vertical excitation source for the motor, the upper and lower ends are mounted eccentric weight, the rotary motion of the motor into a horizontal, vertical, inclined three dimensional movement, then this movement is transmitted to the screen surface, so you can change the trajectory of materials in the screen surface.
Main Advantages
1. Can screen the particles of diameter up to 200 mesh, and filter the serous fluid of diameter up to 500mesh.
2. According to the applying requirements, at most four-layer screens with different mesh number can be installed on the screen, and separate into five particle groups of different diameters.
3. Easy design and less power consumption but high efficiency.
4. Longer life span of mesh screen and convenient to change it.
5. Higher screening and separating efficiency.
